Track every application, interview, and offer in one Kanban board
Job hunting involves juggling dozens of applications at different stages, and it's easy to lose track of who you've applied to, when interviews are scheduled, and which offers are pending. This Job Search Board Kanban template gives you five clear columns to move each role through your pipeline, from initial discovery to final outcome. Whether you're managing a handful of applications or dozens at once, the board keeps recruiter contacts, interview dates, and follow-up notes attached directly to each task so nothing slips through the cracks. Pair it with the MCP server to let an AI agent log new roles and update statuses automatically as your search progresses.

Step 3
Shift tasks to Interviewing as soon as a recruiter responds, and use the task description to log interview dates, interviewer names, and prep notes.
Step 4
When a decision arrives, move the task to Offer or Closed depending on the outcome, keeping a full record of your search.
Step 5
Review the board weekly to follow up on stalled Applied or Interviewing tasks that haven't moved in over a week.
AI agent usage
An AI agent connected via the MCP server can automate the job hunt by logging new applications as tasks, moving them through columns as your status changes, and drafting follow-up reminders. It uses create_task to add roles you find, move_task to reflect interview stages, and update_task to attach notes, recruiter contacts, or next steps directly on the card.
