Kanboard is a project management tool that provides kanban-style task organization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" features are subject to fair use. The Service is designed for normal individual and team productivity use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit automated abuse, excessive load on infrastructure, or usage patterns inconsistent with typical project management (e.g., programmatic creation of millions of tasks). If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, we may contact you to discuss your needs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kanboard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
